Hangin' Out In The Jungle

 

Gamboa Rainforest Reserve

About 30 minutes from Panama City is an environment unlike any we had ever been in before.  Trust me on this one, we were expecting to see Tarzan and Jane swinging in the trees.  We were in the jungle!

And, we had a blast!

Canopy Ride

A unique experience for us, the tram that flew over the canopy of the jungle gave us a birds eye view of what we would later experience on the ground.  

Even more memorable than the ride, were the sounds.  Oh my, you could hear monkees and birds and an occasional roar.  It was like the jungle ride at Disneyland without the music.  Very, very cool.

The entire ride took 30-40 minutes and now we were ready to get on the ground and start exploring.  Of course, we're taking on the scariest expedition first.
